CDM Advisers & Principal Designers (Construction Health & Safety)
Cunliffes have extensive experience of working within the requirements of the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations. The CDM Regulations place health and safety duties not only on designers and contractors but also on clients.
The primary function for Cunliffes CDM Advisers & Principal Designers is to act as a Client’s key project adviser in respect of construction health and safety risk management, and manage the flow of health and safety information between clients, designers and contractors. Cunliffes ensure clients are aware of their duties, providing expert assistance and guidance to enable full compliance with the regulations.
