Aspire CPM Facilities Management
Aspire CPM is a maintenance management service which exists to assist in meeting all statutory and best practice property maintenance needs. All premises have upon them specific statutory obligations to ensure health, safety and welfare standards are met. All responsibilities lie with building owners and operators and are increasingly onerous in their requirements.
The core service offered by Aspire CPM is the Planned Maintenance Programme. Testing and inspection schedules ensure that a facility is operating safely and efficiently, maximising the life of the asset, equipment and reducing the risk of failure. The Aspire CPM team will develop bespoke Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) based on specific needs and budgets, with one, three or five years length term contracts also being available .

St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School
‘We have been using Aspire CPM Services for the past three years. We have been very happy with the service they provide for our school.
They are always very professional, friendly and efficient. I would also like to add that the companies that Aspire CMP services send out are always reliable and very professional.
I would highly recommend Aspire CPM to other the schools.’

All Saints Catholic Primary School
‘This is the first year All Saints Primary has bought into the above service. We have found the service extremely efficient and cost effective. It alleviates the burden of finding the right contractors to complete the service levels at the right price. The school has found that competitive tendering has reduced the cost of service levels which the school had previously used independently.
The headteacher, site managers and myself have confidence in the service and will continue to use it.’
