Aspire CPM Facilities Management

Aspire CPM is a maintenance management service which exists to assist in meeting all statutory and best practice property maintenance needs. All premises have upon them specific statutory obligations to ensure health, safety and welfare standards are met. All responsibilities lie with building owners and operators and are increasingly onerous in their requirements.

The core service offered by Aspire CPM is the Planned Maintenance Programme. Testing and inspection schedules ensure that a facility is operating safely and efficiently, maximising the life of the asset, equipment and reducing the risk of failure. The Aspire CPM team will develop bespoke Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) based on specific needs and budgets, with one, three or five years length term contracts also being available .
