Macclesfield A&E

Internal alterations to the existing A&E and GP Out of Hours department and a new build single storey extension with a new patient waiting area, reception, GP suite and ancillary rooms. The works include the alteration of the ambulance canopy and external works.

The works were fast tracked on to site with a partial design due to winter bed pressures. The project costs were agreed on an open book cost plus basis with all works tendered to a minimum of 3 subcontractors and evaluated ‘package by package’.

The works were complete on time and within budget
